Family Short-Term Supportive Housing Centre
Section Title
Redwood Park Communities in partnership with The Salvation Army is building a Family Short-Term Supportive Housing Centre: a two-storey building with 12 fully furnished, two bedroom apartments for families in crisis.
The building will feature a great room, complete with a spacious kitchen and a large stone fireplace. It’s a space where families’ lives intersect, fostering community. We believe that the opposite of homelessness is not just housing, it’s community.

Things. Are. HAPPENING onsite! Yay! Arnott Construction is doing site servicing, including the installation of utilities (water, hydro, sewage) and removal of a few trees, which will prepare the site for construction of the building. The site servicing work has begun and is expected to be completed by early December at the latest. Check back often and follow us on Facebook to stay up to date on construction progress!
